Of Mice & Men have officially canceled their planned summer European and UK tour, citing unforeseen circumstances that have forced the band to withdraw from the run.
The California metalcore outfit had been scheduled to appear at a series of festivals and headline dates throughout Europe, with the routing originally set to begin in late July and run through mid-August. However, those plans have now been scrapped in full.
In a brief statement addressing the cancellation, the band said:
“Due to circumstances beyond our control we sadly won’t be able to make it out to Europe this summer as planned. Apologies to all the fans, festivals & promoters we were looking forward to playing for.”
No further details have been provided regarding the reason behind the cancellation.
The now-scrapped run had marked a return to European festival stages for the band during the summer season, but fans will now have to wait for future international touring plans to be announced.
