It appears Oh, Sleeper are gearing up for their long-awaited return.
The Texas metalcore outfit have officially completed work on their fifth studio album, marking their first full-length release since “Bloodied / Unbowed” arrived in 2019.
News of the album’s completion was revealed through a recent Instagram Story shared by guitarist and vocalist Shane Blay, who indicated that the record has now been mastered — typically one of the final steps in the album production process. The update suggests the band have officially wrapped work on the project and are now preparing for its eventual release.
While details surrounding the album remain scarce, including its title, release date, and label plans, the completion of the record confirms that new music from Oh, Sleeper is on the horizon after a seven-year gap between studio albums.
For now, fans will have to wait for further announcements as the band have yet to reveal when the new material will be released.
