Overkill will once again enlist former Fear Factory bassist Christian Olde Wolbers for their upcoming spring U.S. tour, with Wolbers filling in for longtime bassist D.D. Verni.
The New Jersey thrash metal veterans are set to hit the road this March as support for Testament on the ‘Thrash Of The Titans’ tour, with German thrash legends Destruction rounding out the bill. Verni will remain sidelined as he continues to recover from an ongoing shoulder issue.
Wolbers previously stepped in during Overkill’s fall 2024 North American run supporting King Diamond, delivering a seamless performance that kept the band firing on all cylinders night after night.
Confirming his return, Wolbers shared the following message with fans:
