Puddle Of Mudd have released a new music video for their track “Free,” continuing promotion behind their latest studio effort, ‘Kiss The Machine’.
The multi-platinum hard rock outfit originally debuted the song last year as part of their ninth full-length album. According to a press release accompanying the video’s arrival, “Free” centers on the idea of cutting ties with negative influences and moving forward with clarity and purpose.
Frontman Wes Scantlin expanded on the meaning behind the track, explaining:
“Everybody goes through life with ups and downs, and you can find your way. Along the way, people come around and they’re not your people. Accept the people who are trying to help you.”
The release marks the latest visual offering from ‘Kiss The Machine’, as the band continues to spotlight material from the record following its arrival.
