Post-hardcore veterans Quicksand celebrated the release of their fifth studio album, ‘Bring On The Psychics’, with a special intimate performance in New York City last week.
Taking place on Friday, July 17, 2026 at Rough Trade Below, the hometown-area show saw the band perform all ten tracks from the new record live for the first time. After working through the entirety of ‘Bring On The Psychics’, Quicksand closed out the set with their 1995 single “Landmine Spring.”
Fan-filmed footage from the performance has since surfaced online, capturing the band’s full album performance.
The show arrived just ahead of Quicksand’s upcoming North American tour, which will feature support from hardcore punk veterans Bane and grungegaze outfit Soul Blind.
