Swedish post-hardcore legends Refused marked the 25th anniversary of their 1999 classic, The Shape Of Punk To Come, with the release of an expanded edition and a guest-heavy tribute album today, November 8th. Adding to the celebration, a new music video for “The Deadly Rhythm,” filmed with Nils Nygårdh, has just premiered.
However, this anniversary also brings bittersweet news. Refused are preparing for a final farewell, with a worldwide tour set for 2024 that will wrap up in 2025 back in their native Sweden. Among the initial North American dates, a newly announced show in Buffalo, NY, has been added to the itinerary.
