Falling In Reverse vocalist Ronnie Radke has been served a civil harassment restraining order by Brittany Furlan. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the two-year order, issued on March 17th, mandates that Radke stay at least 100 yards away from Furlan, her home, and her workplace. The order also prohibits him from contacting her directly or indirectly until March 20th, 2028.
The documents further bar Radke from mentioning Furlan online or encouraging others to contact or harass her. Any violation of the order could lead to arrest and potential misdemeanor charges.
This legal action follows a series of public disputes between Radke and Furlan dating back to 2025, when Furlan alleged that she had been messaging someone she believed to be Radke online. Radke denied the claim, suggesting she had been catfished. Furlan later accused Radke of attempting to reach her through fake accounts, a claim he again denied.
Radke had previously filed for a restraining order against Furlan in January 2026, which was denied. Furlan’s request was initially rejected for not meeting emergency criteria but was later granted following a formal hearing. The alleged impersonator’s identity has not been publicly disclosed.

Brad Ralph he filed a stalking restraining order which is harder to get. His was denied. She filed a civil harassment restraining order. It stops him from talking about her online. It is, but isn’t about the catfishing. This is about his videos and how fans then went and started harassing her online as a result. There are more court dates to come.
