Satanic Planet have unveiled a new music video for their track “Church Burning”, with the Rodrigo Espinosa-directed clip arriving online today, September 23.
The experimental collective features Lucien Greaves of The Satanic Temple, Dave Lombardo of Mr. Bungle and formerly of Slayer, Justin Pearson of The Locust and Deaf Club, and Luke Henshaw of Planet B.
“Church Burning” is taken from Satanic Planet’s forthcoming album ‘Dead Deities’, which is set for an October 30 release through Relapse Records.
The new record is expected to continue the project’s confrontational approach to themes surrounding Christian nationalism and autocracy, building on the group’s blend of industrial, experimental, and extreme music.
