Alternative rock outfit Sleep Theory have returned with their first original single of 2026, unveiling a new track titled “Giving In” alongside an accompanying music video. The song explores the subject of addiction, with Lewis Cater stepping behind the camera to direct the newly released visual.
The track marks the band’s first fresh original material since the arrival of their 2025 debut album, “Afterglow.” Although fans have been waiting for the group to deliver their next batch of original material, Sleep Theory did keep busy this past summer with the release of a covers EP titled “(E)motional (S)upport (C)are (P)ackage.”
That release featured the band putting their own spin on songs originally recorded by *Taylor Swift, NSYNC and Paramore.
