Sleep Theory have released a new digital EP, ‘Paper Hearts – Reimagined’, offering stripped-back and lo-fi reinterpretations of every track from their 2023 EP, ‘Paper Hearts’.
The new release also comes accompanied by a series of dreamscape visualizers, each containing Easter eggs for fans to discover.
With the heavier elements of the original recordings stripped away, ‘Paper Hearts – Reimagined’ puts a greater emphasis on Cullen Moore’s vocal versatility and softer delivery.
“Gone or Staying – Reimagined” and “Numb – Reimagined” are built around acoustic textures, while “Another Way – Reimagined” and “Fallout – Reimagined” take a more cinematic approach with piano-led arrangements.
The new EP serves as a companion to ‘Paper Hearts’ while offering a more vulnerable take on the material.
