Spineshank are currently touring without longtime bassist/vocalist Robert Garcia, with James Mills stepping in for the band during their latest run of live dates.
Fans recently noticed Garcia’s absence from the group’s performances on ‘The Even More.. Outta Control Tour’, prompting questions about his status with the band. In response to one fan inquiry on social media, Spineshank clarified that Garcia’s absence is only temporary.
“He’s safe at home! Just couldn’t make this tour!”
The statement appears to put to rest any speculation regarding Garcia’s standing within the band, indicating that scheduling or personal circumstances prevented him from participating in the current trek.
For the tour, James Mills has taken over Garcia’s bass and vocal duties alongside the rest of the band.
Spineshank are currently on the road as part of ‘The Even More.. Outta Control Tour’, which also features fellow nü-metal veterans Nonpoint, SOiL, and (hed)p.e.
No additional information has been provided regarding Garcia’s absence or whether Mills will continue filling in beyond the current run of dates.
