French alternative metal outfit Sunborn have premiered a music video for their new single, “Silent Attraction.” The masked group, who are signed to Solid State Records, are describing the track as their heaviest release to date.
Vocalist Lion Chesnel offered some insight into the song’s creation and the emotions behind it:
“This song is a raw attempt at honesty. We wrote it all together in one night and it felt like a natural way to express the anger we felt at the time. Lyrically, I wanted to say all the things that came through my mind without trying to find a whole universe to create; it’s just simple and pure expression of thought. This song was a lot of fun to write, and also our heaviest song to date.”
The accompanying video was directed by Yann LCR.
Sunborn are also preparing to hit the road in North America, having secured the opening slot on TesseracT’s upcoming tour with Entheos. That run will begin January 7 in New York City, NY, and travel across the U.S. and Canada before wrapping up January 31 in Denver, CO.
