Dani Filth, frontman of Cradle Of Filth, appears as a guest vocalist on “I Don’t Care,” the latest single from former Nightwish singer Tarja Turunen.
The track arrives with a newly released official music video directed by Patrick Knittler.
Speaking on the collaboration, Tarja explained the song’s message of independence and self-belief while praising Dani Filth’s longstanding identity and vision:
“I always believed in my dreams, and I have never allowed anyone to direct my life choices. I don’t necessarily fit in, but I don’t care. I have always admired how Dani has created a brand and image for his band Cradle of Filth, and for himself, that stand out from the rest. I truly believe he is perfect for this song, where I praise individualism and simply don’t give a shit about what others have to say.”
“I Don’t Care” serves as the second preview of Tarja’s upcoming album ‘Frission Noir’, which is scheduled for release on June 12th through earMUSIC.
