TEXTURES Announce Comeback Album ‘Genotype,’ Debut “At The Edge Of Winter” Video Featuring Charlotte Wessels

Dutch progressive metalcore pioneers Textures are set to release their long-awaited comeback album ‘Genotype’ on January 23rd via Kscope. This marks the band’s first full-length since their 2017 disbandment and follows their 2023 announcement to return to active duty.

The latest single, “At The Edge Of Winter”, features guest vocals from Charlotte Wessels (ex-Delain) and comes with a music video directed by the band’s bassist Remko Tielemans. The album, mixed by Forrester Savell (Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus), is designed as a conceptual counterpart to 2016’s Phenotype.
