The Violent Hour played their first-ever live shows this past weekend, marking a major milestone for the band fronted by ex-Butcher Babies co-vocalist Carla Harvey. The Hollywood, CA debut took place at the iconic Whisky A Go Go, where the band opened for Buckcherry during a pair of back-to-back performances.
Originally conceived as a collaboration between Harvey and her significant other Charlie Benante (Anthrax, Pantera), The Violent Hour has since grown into a full-fledged band. Their complete lineup, revealed in late August, includes:
- Kiana De Leon – lead guitar
- Allie Kay – rhythm guitar
- Jewel Steele – bass
- Sasha De Leon – drums
The group released their self-titled debut EP this past July, offering a taste of the heavy, melodic metal sound fans can expect from their live performances.
