British alternative rock trio Tigercub have unveiled a new music video for “A Black Moon,” the latest single taken from their forthcoming album Nets To Catch The Wind. The track marks the third preview of the record and leans heavily into the band’s darker, more atmospheric songwriting approach.
Speaking about the song’s creative direction, the band described it as one of the most cinematic and surreal moments on the upcoming release.
“It’s detuned & brooding, and cinematic. One of the most Lynchian dream-like songs on the entire record. In ‘A Black Moon’ I retrace my steps through a dream journal. In retrospect, I try to decode & uncover the mangled fragments of repression and buried emotions.”
The single highlights Tigercub’s continued evolution toward mood-driven textures and introspective themes, blending alternative rock weight with hazy, dreamlike storytelling.
Nets To Catch The Wind is scheduled for release on April 10th via Loosegrove Records, the label overseen by Pearl Jam guitarist Stone Gossard.
