Monster Magnet co‑founder Tim Cronin—whose early roles included vocals, drums, and bass before he transitioned to crafting the band’s live lighting and stage production—has died following a courageous fight against ALS. Cronin’s friends, family, and bandmates launched a GoFundMe campaign this spring to help cover his medical expenses and support his loved ones.
His final Instagram post, shared earlier today (July 8), serves as a moving testament to his creativity and passion:

Do you love independent bands, or are you in one? The Mosh Network is not just a rock/metal news website, but it doubles as an independent band directory, designed so that visitors can browse independent bands by not just subgenre, but location as well. It’s perfect to keep your finger on the pulse of your area’s hottest and newest bands or if you’re in a band, it’s a great way to find bands to network with!
