Tom Morello Honors Victims of State Violence With Upcoming Single “Pretend You Remember Me”

Tom Morello, legendary guitarist of Rage Against The Machine, has previewed his upcoming single “Pretend You Remember Me,” a track he describes as “dedicated to all the families torn apart by state violence and injustice.” The politically charged anthem is set to arrive soon, and fans can pre-save it now at tommorello.lnk.to/PretendYouRememberMe.

While never far from activism, Morello has ramped up his efforts in recent weeks, participating in protests across Los Angeles and organizing a benefit concert for The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights.

The trailblazing guitarist will also embark on a wide-ranging Canadian tour this summer and fall, featuring both full-band electric sets and more intimate acoustic/spoken word performances. Support on select dates comes from Snotty Nose Rez Kids.
