Turnstile have announced a free benefit concert at the Washington Monument in Washington, D.C., on October 24, raising support for humanitarian relief efforts in Palestine, Sudan and Lebanon.
The show fills a previously unannounced slot in the band’s fall schedule and will benefit Human Concern International, which is working to provide assistance to people affected by crises across the three regions.
Advance donations are being accepted through the official fundraising campaign, while fans can RSVP for the free concert here.
Hassan Wadi, global director of Human Concern International, welcomed the band’s involvement and highlighted the needs the fundraiser aims to address.
“As a Gazan, I cannot be prouder of the Turnstile team and community for coming together to support the people of Gaza, Lebanon and Sudan. Three regions who have suffered so much. With your support we aim to provide food, water, medical care and shelter to families in need in all three regions. Thank you all for your support, we are honored to collect and deliver these donations.”
