Velositor — the trio led by Sean Zatorsky (Dååth, ex-Chimaira) — have dropped a brand-new covers collection titled Mixtape. The release pulls together several previously issued renditions while adding two fresh tracks to round out the set.
Across its seven songs, Mixtape dives into a wide range of influences, touching on nu-metal, metalcore, Britpop, and even seasonal Christmas music. Their take on Slipknot’s early favorite “Purity” serves as the collection’s spotlight single.
The full Mixtape release is streaming now via Bandcamp.
Mixtape track listing:
01 – “A Place For My Head” (Linkin Park cover)
02 – “Root” (Deftones cover)
03 – “Missing” (Everything But The Girl cover)
04 – “Purity” (Slipknot cover)
05 – “Animals” (Architects cover)
06 – “Wish You Were Here” (Incubus cover)
07 – “Jingle Bell Rock” (holiday medley)
