Danish-Swedish prog metal maestros VOLA have dropped “I Don’t Know How We Got Here,” the third single from their upcoming album, Friend Of A Phantom. Set to hit the shelves on November 1st via Mascot Records, this latest offering is a haunting glimpse of what’s to come. A visualizer for the track is streaming now, giving fans a taste of the sonic journey ahead. Vocalist/guitarist Asger Mygind shared his thoughts:
“‘I Don’t Know How We Got Here’ interweaves stories about tragic events in society with a story about a relationship slowly dying out. It seeks to portray the feeling of disbelief that follows when something valuable vanishes right in front of us.”
