    Limp Bizkit’s Wes Borland Tells Trump Supporters To Unfollow Him: “Never Contact Me Again”

    Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland has once again taken to social media to distance himself from supporters of former U.S. President Donald J. Trump. On January 29th, Borland shared an image on his Instagram story with a direct message to his followers:

    “If any of my followers voted of support Trump or are still friends with anyone who supports the Trump administration you’re out. F*ck You. Never contact me again.”

    The post quickly gained traction online, spreading across Reddit and other platforms. Borland’s opposition to Trump is not new—he issued a similar statement in 2016, coupled with a pointed rant aimed at the then-presidential candidate.

    The latest post even drew attention from Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine, who responded with a playful reference to Limp Bizkit’s 2000 hit:

    Despite Rage Against The Machine being a formative influence on Limp Bizkit, relations between members of the two bands have historically been frosty. In 2016, bassist Tim Commerford criticized Limp Bizkit, stating:

    “I do apologize for Limp Bizkit, I really do. I feel really bad that we inspired such b*llshit. They’re gone, though. That’s the beautiful thing. There’s only one left, and that’s Rage, and as far as I’m concerned, we’re the only one that matters.”

    The tension between the bands stretches back decades, including Commerford’s infamous protest at the MTV VMAs during Limp Bizkit’s acceptance speech. Borland’s latest post continues to underscore his personal and political stance, reaffirming that he expects his online following to align with his values.

I have had so many of my friends that hate it on them until they saw them live then they were like holy shit.
