Original Slipknot vocalist Anders Colsefni is commemorating the 30th anniversary of the band’s demo album Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat. with a special live performance this June. The show is set for June 6, 2026, at Wooly’s in Des Moines, Iowa, and will also feature songs from the band’s early ‘Crowz’ demos.
Colsefni shared details about the performance:
“On June 6th, 2026, in Des Moines, Iowa, I’m assembling a new group of old school Midwest musicians, that I call ‘The Crowz,’ to celebrate the Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat era.
It’s been 30 years since I’ve performed these songs in Iowa. Let’s step sideways back in time. I’ll see you all on 6.6.26.”

Colsefni, who fronted Slipknot from 1995 to 1997 before being replaced by Corey Taylor, will be joined by veteran Midwest musicians for a nostalgic look back at the early days of the band. Fans can expect a rare opportunity to hear tracks from one of Slipknot’s most formative eras.
