Orange County metalcore band Bleeding Through has released a music video for their new single “Dead But So Alive.” Directed by Vicente Cordero (Cradle Of Filth, Filter), the clip showcases the band’s intense energy.
Vocalist Brandan Schieppati shared his thoughts on the song, stating:
“‘Dead But So Alive‘ is a more personal song for me. I battle with being bipolar, and it’s something that I am very upfront about in my life. This song is about the daily life and sometimes ugliness of mental illness. It takes a strong support system around me to walk this life, and I have my family and amazing band around me to make me feel so alive when I sometimes feel so dead.”
The band is currently working on their ninth studio album, though details remain under wraps for now. Next up for Bleeding Through is a performance on October 4th at this year’s final Furnace Fest in Birmingham, AL.
