CURRENTS Surprise Fans With New EP ‘All That Follows’

Currents have surprised fans with the release of their brand-new 5-song EP, All That Follows, out now through SharpTone Records. The Connecticut-based metalcore outfit had previously premiered the opening track, “It Only Gets Darker,” back in July. That song is now joined by “My Severance,” “Making Circles,” “Can’t Turn Back,” and “Rise & Fall.”

The band will kick off their European and U.K. tour this Friday, October 31st, serving as direct support for The Plot In You, with Saosin and Cane Hill rounding out the lineup.

Following that run, Currents will close out the year with a pair of holiday shows — appearing at August Burns Red’s Christmas Burns Red at Freedom Hall in Lancaster, PA on December 12th, and headlining their own holiday show the next night (December 13th) at The Dome in Wallingford, CT, alongside Invent Animate, Wind Walkers, PSYCHO-FRAME, and fromjoy.
