Industrial metalcore force Daedric have released their latest track “Alien Skin”, a dark and cinematic new offering inspired by the 1998 cult sci-fi film Dark City, directed by Alex Proyas.
Vocalist Kristyn Hope shared that the eerie and atmospheric tone of the film heavily influenced the writing and aesthetic behind the song.
“Alien Skin” is expected to appear on Daedric’s upcoming sophomore album, set to drop later this year via FIXT. More details on the record are expected soon.
