DAYSEEKER’s Rory Rodriguez Confronts Anxiety On New Track “Shapeshift”

Californian post-hardcore outfit Dayseeker have shared a visualizer for their latest single, “Shapeshift.” The deeply personal track sees vocalist Rory Rodriguez laying bare his ongoing struggles with mental health and anxiety.

Speaking on the song, Rodriguez explained:

“This song is about the anxiety I live with on a daily basis. An open letter to myself about how it shifts and molds me into a different version of me.”

“Shapeshift” will appear on the band’s forthcoming album, Creature In The Black Night, produced by Daniel Braunstein (Spiritbox, Silent Planet). The record is scheduled to arrive October 24th via Spinefarm Records.
