Deftones Launch ‘Milk Of The Madonna’ Donut, Debut “Departing The Body” Live In Australia

Alternative metal band Deftones have teamed up with Hector’s Deli & Kiosk in Australia for a limited‑edition tres leches donut dubbed the “Milk Of The Madonna Donut,” named after the second single from their latest album ‘private music’. The treat will be available exclusively from May 4–10, coinciding with the band’s Australian run with Interpol and Ecca Vandal.

The band also gave the live debut of “Departing The Body”—the album’s closing track—on May 2 at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, marking the first time the song has been performed live. Fan‑filmed clips of the debut have since circulated online, highlighting the song’s atmospheric, layered sound adapted to the arena setting.
