Nekrogoblikon have confirmed that co-vocalist Dickie Allen (also of Infant Annihilator) will temporarily step away from the band’s current tour to attend to an urgent family matter.
The group shared the update with fans today (March 6), noting that Allen will miss several immediate dates while he returns home. In the meantime, the band will continue performing as a five-piece until he is able to rejoin the lineup.
The band stated:
“Dickie will be absent from the tour for the next few shows to attend to an urgent family matter. He looks forward to being back as soon as he is able, and in the meantime we will continue the shows as a five-piece. Thank you all for your understanding.”
Allen also addressed the situation directly, sharing his own message overnight explaining his absence:
“Hey guys unfortunately I have to fly home for a few days, I’ll be back with Nekro shortly but I’ll be missing a few shows. I’m sorry if you were looking forward to seeing me but I need to be home with my family right now.
Love you guys.”
Despite Allen’s temporary absence, Nekrogoblikon are expected to proceed with the scheduled tour dates alongside Enterprise Earth, HANABIE., Wretched, and others across North America.

Does he have a return date? Caught the show in Wichita I had no idea he was missing beforhand, I mean I was proud of the band for how they performed without him I still had a good time. Glad I got to see the whole band with GWAR a few years back in ICT. Hope his family is okay.
