ENTHEOS Release New Single “Empty On The Inside” Ahead of First North American Headlining Tour

Death metal innovators Entheos have dropped a brand new single and music video, “Empty On The Inside”, ahead of their first-ever North American headlining tour. This track is the band’s first new material of 2025 and finds them exploring their grunge and alternative metal influences.

The video was directed by Malcolm Pugh, with production and mix oversight by Mark Lewis (Cannibal Corpse, DevilDriver). Vocalist Chaney Crabb shared the inspiration behind the song:

“‘Empty On The Inside’ is a raw, cathartic song about pouring your entire soul into something that you thought would bring fulfillment to your life, but it only makes you feel empty in return. It is Entheos in our purest form, expanding on our grunge and alternative metal sound. This track truly marks the beginning of a new era for our band.”

The band will kick off their North American headlining run with support from Fallujah, The Zenith Passage, and Tracheotomy:
