Gradience have dropped a new music video for “Agony,” the latest visual from the blackened rap metal outfit’s debut album, ‘Anomaly’.
Released last Friday through Metal Blade, the album introduces the band’s genre-blending approach, with “Agony” serving as one of its more energetic cuts.
Guitarist/vocalist Jakob Lærke Harris described the track as the band’s attempt to bring together some of their more aggressive and unconventional ideas while keeping things moving live.
“‘Agony’ is our ‘fun’ party anthem song and our attempt at making the nastiest riff work with some upbeat synth neatly packaged with rap and screams to keep people moving at our shows.”
