HEARTSICK’s New Album ‘Break The Curse’ To Release In October, “Stuck In The Ground” Video Released

Heartsick have confirmed an October 1st release date for their upcoming album Break The Curse. The record will feature eleven tracks and will be available in both digital and vinyl formats.

The Michigan-based “darknucore” band have also debuted the music video for “Stuck In The Ground”, directed by Wombat Fire (Mudvayne, All That Remains). The video draws inspiration from the group’s shared love of zombie films. The track was produced by Josh Schroeder (Lorna Shore, King 810).

Vocalist Alfonso Civile shared:

“When we were writing the song in the studio with Josh Schroeder, I could not be there for this session. So, the guys sent me the finished music, and it was just so dark and broody. It just puts this image in my mind of movies like Dawn of the Dead where Zombies just pop out of the ground in hordes. It just felt like the right thing to write about.”
