‘Darknucore’ Band HEARTSICK Unleash New “Break The Curse” Music Video

Michigan’s self-styled ‘darknucore’ outfit Heartsick have unveiled a music video for their brand new single “Break The Curse”, which officially premiered today, May 27th.

The heavy new track was recorded with producer Josh Schroeder (Lorna Shore, King 810) and is accompanied by a cinematic video directed by Waylon Fox. You can check out the official visual for “Break The Curse” below.

A press release described the song’s message as:

“An aggressive and heavy response to the current climate of the music industry where independent bands are finding it harder and harder to get past an algorithm and past the would-be gatekeepers in the industry. The song is a statement on being successful in gaining small wins but still failing to garner the support of those in the industry that hold the keys to larger opportunities.”
