John 5 (Mötley Crüe, ex-Rob Zombie) and Richie Kotzen (The Winery Dogs, ex-Mr. Big) are teaming up for a powerhouse co-headlining U.S. tour this fall. The run will find John 5 supporting his newly announced solo album Ghost, which drops October 10th and was produced by Barry Pointer.
Leading the charge is the album’s first single, “Fiend”, out today with an accompanying music video. The track features legendary drummer Kenny Aronoff (John Fogerty, ex-Chickenfoot), whose signature style adds punch to an already blistering performance. A teaser for the video was shared earlier this week, but fans can now dive into the full experience.
“I’ve got a brand-new show and a whole bunch of songs we haven’t played in a long time plus all your favorites,” said John 5. “I’m super excited! I love touring with other great guitarists like Richie Kotzen! It’s gonna be a Noodle-Palooza.”
Kotzen echoed the excitement, adding:
“I am very much looking forward to this USA tour, but what makes this even more exciting than last year‘s run of dates is that I’ll be out this time with my good friend John 5! I think this is going to be a great night not only for guitar fanatics but for general music lovers as well. I can’t wait to hit the stage this fall!”
