Lacuna Coil has released a video for their updated version of their song “Tight Rope“, which the band has dubbed “Tight Rope XX“. The track is from the band’s reworked version of their studio album Comalies, which is soon to be twenty years old. The group recently went into the studio and re-recorded and re-envisioned the album with their newly updated versions of each song.
The aforementioned reworked version of Comalies is titled Comalies XX and is set to release through Century Media on October 14th. You can find “Tight Rope XX” below.
Cristina Scabbia, the band’s vocalist, offered the following regarding the band’s intent when it come to reworking the Comalies album:
“This is not a reboot or a spin-off or anything like that. We just wanted to give these songs a 2022 dress and see how this guy or girl who was born 20 years ago would still look fucking slick in 2022.”
