Buckley offered the following on the track:
“‘Revelation‘ is about recognizing evil and having the courage, the wisdom and the faith to face it directly. I hope anyone who listens to this song feels empowered to confront injustice, no matter what form it takes in their lives.”
Tom Flynn & Mike Watts, who co-directed the video, offered:
“As with any and all Revelations…we appeared out of nowhere in our truest, most timeless form. This video doesn’t just capture who we are, it conveys who we have always been. A truth to which we as a band will always return.”
