Melvins are set to reissue three of their cult-favorite releases on vinyl this fall via Ipecac Recordings. The sludge metal legends will drop new pressings of Colossus Of Destiny (2001), Freak Puke (2012), and Everybody Loves Sausages (2013) on September 26th, each with new variants and a 12-page booklet designed by Mackie Osborne.
Colossus Of Destiny, a 2LP live album never before released on vinyl, has been described by Decibel as “a blissful exploration of abstract noise.” The release will be available in opaque purple (600 copies, webstore exclusive) and black vinyl (1200 copies).

Everybody Loves Sausages, a collection of covers originally pressed only as part of a 77-copy box set, includes guest appearances from Jello Biafra (Roxy Music’s “In Every Dream Home A Heartache”), Clem Burke (The Kinks’ “Attitude”), and Mark Arm (The Scientists’ “Set It on Fire”). It will be reissued on apple red (750 copies, webstore exclusive) and black vinyl (1500 copies).
Finally, Freak Puke, the lone release from the Melvins Lite lineup featuring Trevor Dunn, King Buzzo, and Dale Crover, returns after being previously available as picture discs. This reissue comes in opaque olive green (750 copies, webstore exclusive) and black vinyl (1500 copies).
Pre-orders are live now via themelvins.lnk.to/reissues2025.
