Meshuggah are officially gearing up to celebrate four decades of sonic extremity, and they’re bringing some formidable company along for the ride. Following an earlier leak, the Swedish metal veterans have announced the North American dates for their upcoming “The Forty-Year Anomaly Tour,” with thrash metal legends Testament and cosmic death metal outfit Blood Incantation set to provide support.
The newly confirmed run will span multiple legs across North America, beginning in February before returning for another stretch of dates in April and May. The itinerary includes stops at several major venues, with appearances at Welcome to Rockville and Sonic Temple, as well as Milwaukee Metal Fest, rounding out the schedule.
Fans looking to secure tickets will have several presale opportunities. A Citi cardholder presale is scheduled to begin today, October 27, at 9:00 a.m. PST / 12:00 p.m. EST, followed by the artist presale at 10:00 a.m. PST / 1:00 p.m. EST. General ticket sales are set to launch this Friday, October 30, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
