Australian metallic hardcore unit Nicolas Cage Fighter have officially announced their new full-length album, I Watched You Burn. The record is set to arrive on September 12th through Bleeding Art Collective in partnership with Blood Blast Distribution (Nuclear Blast Records/Believe).
The ten-track album was mixed and mastered by Christian Donaldson (Suffocation, Cryptopsy) and features cover art by Giannis Nakos (Suffocation, Emperor).
Alongside the album announcement, the band have released the official music video for the punishing title track, “I Watched You Burn.” You can watch the video below.
Guitarist Justin Ellis shared the following about the single:
“‘I Watched You Burn’ was the first song I wrote for the new album and we all loved it from the pre-production ideas. Plenty of riffs but still catchy. Working with Dyl on it and the ideas he had really set the level we wanted to reach for the whole album. It’s also a beast to play live and the reception has been great.”
