Nü-metal/alternative metal veterans Nonpoint have announced a special tour for early 2025, dubbed the ‘Painful Statements’ tour. The Floridian band will be celebrating two major albums during this run: their 2000 major label debut, Statement, and their sixth studio album, To The Pain, released in 2005. Joining Nonpoint on this trek are Crobot and Heartsick, who will serve as the opening acts.
So far the only shows for the trek that have been announced are:
01/17 St. Petersburg, FL – Jannus Live
01/18 Fort Lauderdale, FL – Culture Room
01/19 Orlando, FL – The Beecham
Nonpoint offered the following on the 25th and 20th anniversaries:
“2025 brings us the 20th and 25th anniversaries of our two most celebrated album releases, To The Pain and Statement. So 2025 will be all about the Nonpoint of old. The deepest of cuts will be played. Will we wear the JNCO Jeans? Will our gloves be fingerless? Will our Adidas match our shirt, and drums, and guitars and backdrop? Will we play a Korn or Rage cover to shake things up? Will we start doing Jager shots onstage? Only one way to find out! Select tickets to shows in Florida go on sale this Friday with more dates to follow.”
