Ozzy Osbourne Honored With All-Star Tribute Performance At 2026 ‘BRIT Awards’

The legacy of Ozzy Osbourne was celebrated in a major way at the 2026 ‘BRIT Awards’, where the legendary heavy metal icon received a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award alongside a star-studded musical tribute in Manchester, UK on February 28th.

The ceremony paid homage to the Prince Of Darkness with a live performance of “No More Tears”, the title track from Osbourne’s landmark 1991 solo album. British pop superstar Robbie Williams took center stage to lead the tribute, backed by several of Osbourne’s longtime collaborators and former bandmates.

Joining the performance were guitarist Zakk Wylde, bassist Robert Trujillo, drummer Tommy Clufetos, and keyboardist Adam Wakeman, recreating the powerful musical presence that defined much of Osbourne’s solo career.

Ozzy’s widow, Sharon Osbourne, accepted the Lifetime Achievement Award on his behalf. Her appearance included family members Kelly Osbourne and Louis Osbourne, as well as a video tribute message from country music legend Dolly Parton honoring Ozzy’s influence and cultural impact.

During her acceptance speech, Sharon reflected on her late husband’s legacy and enduring connection to fans and his home country.

“I’m honored to accept this award for my gorgeous husband. God knows I wish he was here to accept it himself… Ozzy is looking down on us right now.”

“He rose to become one of the most recognizable and respected musicians… To be honest with you, he was the most humble egomaniac you will ever meet. At the end of the day, he will always be a rock star.”

“If Ozzy was here tonight… he would be so proud to receive this from the country that he loved.”

The emotional tribute served as one of the defining moments of this year’s ceremony, celebrating Osbourne’s decades-long influence on heavy metal and popular music alike while bringing together artists connected to different eras of his career.
