Long Island hardcore heavyweights Pain Of Truth have announced their upcoming sophomore album, revealing that the follow-up to their 2023 debut will arrive as a self-titled effort. The new record, ‘Pain Of Truth,’ is scheduled for release on September 25 through DAZE.
Coinciding with the announcement, the band have premiered a music video for the album’s latest single, “Unforgiven.” The track was produced by GRAMMY Award-winning producer Will Putney (Body Count, Incendiary), who once again teamed up with the band for the new release. The accompanying video was directed by Luis Hernandez.
Speaking about the song, vocalist Michael Brian Smith explained:
“I wrote this track to give a sense of hope in horrible times. Using your energy to make a move and turning it into a win.”
The album will feature 11 tracks and follows the band’s breakout rise within the modern hardcore scene.
