Watch PRESIDENT Cover Deftones’ “Change (In The House Of Flies)” Live In London

PRESIDENT, the mysterious masked alt-metal group that burst onto the scene earlier this year, played their first-ever club show last night (July 30th) at The Garage in London, UK. The performance marked only their second live appearance following their debut set at this year’s Download Festival.

During the show, the band performed a haunting live cover of “Change (In The House Of Flies)”, the breakout 2000 hit from Deftones. The original song, certified 4x platinum, is considered a cornerstone of modern alternative metal. Fan-filmed footage of the performance can be seen below.

PRESIDENT will release their debut EP, King Of Terrors, on September 26th. While not officially confirmed, heavy speculation suggests the project is fronted by Charlie Simpson of Fightstar and Busted.

Last night’s setlist also included performances of “Fearless”, “Dionysus”, “RAGE”, “Destroy Me”, and their debut single “In The Name Of The Father”. With two UK shows now complete, the band will head overseas later this year. Upcoming tour dates include:
