Shadows Fall’s Matt Bachand Joins Hatebreed as Live Bassist, Band Unveils Summer European Tour Dates

Hatebreed have confirmed that Shadows Fall bassist Matt Bachand will be taking over live bass duties for the band “for the foreseeable future.” The Bridgeport, CT-based metalcore veterans made the announcement today, February 24th via social media.

While Chris Beattie‘s absence from Hatebreed‘s lineup remains unexplained, his recent social media activity suggests he has been focusing on his career as a realtor in recent months. Meanwhile, Matt Bachand‘s addition comes as the band expands their touring schedule, recently unveiling dates for their summer run across the European festival circuit.
