SPINESHANK Reunite for First Show Since 2012, Celebrate 20 Years of ‘The Height Of Callousness’

Spineshank returned to the stage for the first time in over a decade last night, July 9th, performing live at Jake’s Sports Cafe in Lubbock, TX. The set marked the band’s first show since August 2012 and kicked off their 2025 touring plans in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their breakout sophomore album The Height Of Callousness.

Fan-filmed footage from the show has surfaced, including a performance of “Negative Space” from that influential 2000 release.

The 2025 lineup features returning members Jonny Santos (vocals), Tommy Decker (drums), and Robert Garcia (bass/vocals), joined by Tommy Decker Jr. and former Chimaira guitarist Jason Hager. The band has confirmed that new material is also in the works, with further details to come.

Spineshank will be on the road throughout the year, playing a mix of headlining dates and supporting slots alongside The Union Underground, Adema, Julien-K, Sicksense, Carbonstone, Drowning Pool, (hed)p.e., and Snot. Select dates are part of The Union Underground’s 25th-anniversary run for …An Education In Rebellion.
