The musical legacy of KISS is continuing into a new generation as Stanley Simmons — the new project featuring Nick Simmons and Evan Stanley — have officially arrived with their debut single ‘Body Down’. The track’s accompanying music video has now made its debut online, marking the first look at what the two rock offspring have been crafting together.
Nick, son of Gene Simmons, and Evan, son of Paul Stanley, first began teasing the project late last year, reflecting on how quickly the idea came to life. Speaking via social media this past November, the duo shared:
“A year ago Stanley Simmons wasn’t even the beginning of a thought in either of our heads. Now it’s pretty much all of them. We’re incredibly proud of the record we’re making and very stoked to share it with you all.”
More music from the pair is expected as they continue rolling out their debut release.

top song, love the great lead guitar
Single is great. I just wish music journalists would let them stand alone. I get whose kids they are but does every single piece on them have to mention Paul and Gene?
Andy Frueh Because nobody would give a shit about these guys if it wasn’t for their famous dads.
Andy Frueh if music journalist let them stand alone you would have never heard it…..
Awesome song! Best for a long time ❤️
I’m loving the new song
If it’s made available on CD
I will purchase at least two copies
Otherwise I’m out. I refuse to take a step back in the progress of technology. I don’t want to listen to my music on my phone or a Bluetooth speaker. I want to turn it up on my Stereo and blast it through my four
Jensen Speakers. God Bless!!!
Charles Kean You mean you want vinyl then.
No, sorry, I’m not saying they can’t sing at all. I’m just saying they’re getting their popularity from daddy‘s money. I’d have more respect for two people doing this on their own.
Kneel and Bob
I love this! I’ve loved what these guys were doing, since they started posting videos. Glad to see this coming to fruition.
Snooze!
Vince Palumbo it’s actually terrible. As a matter fact, my original recordings that are public are terrible as well, but I feel better about mine after hearing this. That’s how terrible this is.
Great Song.💚
It’s a good song
Sound a lot like Crosby, Stills, and Nash.
Jill Halcomb Smith Yes, they are stuck in the 60/70’s, even dressing like one. I heard Body Down, too hippyish for me! Love Evan’s hair!
It’s badass
Awesome I hope you be just as great as your. Father’s are .
Are they a couple ?
They have talent so do this
Good tune..
