Midwestern death metal outfit Temple Of Void have debuted an official music video for “Godless Cynic,” featuring live footage captured during two performances earlier this year.
The clip combines footage from the band’s April 10 show at The Sanctuary in Detroit, Michigan, and their May 16 performance at Reggies in Chicago, Illinois.
The video arrives alongside a new split release featuring Outer Heaven, which dropped on October 16.
Temple Of Void contribute “Emperor’s Folly,” a B-side from their “The Crawl” single, while Outer Heaven appear with “The Burden Of Being.” The latter marks the first release from Outer Heaven to feature drummer Jake Wehn (Cynic, among others) and also features guest contributions from members of Rivers Of Nihil.
The split brings the two death metal acts together for a release featuring previously available material and a new chapter for Outer Heaven’s lineup.
