SPINESHANK’s Tommy Decker Battles Through ER Visit to Play Sold-Out Whisky A Go Go Show

Spineshank drummer Tommy Decker showed remarkable determination during the band’s August 23rd performance at the Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, CA. Decker revealed that he had spent five hours in the emergency room earlier that day for an undisclosed medical issue but still managed to perform with the band that evening.

Speaking on social media on August 24th, Decker shared:

“This is how my day started vs how it ended. I spent 5 hours in the ER in the morning, then played a sold out show with Spineshank that night! I want to thank all my friends for the outpouring of concern and love. I love you all more than you’ll ever know! Also, thank you to all the friends and fans at the Whisky for showing me the love! It ended up being a great night. Thank you all!”

Decker’s perseverance ensured the show went on, leaving fans in attendance with a memorable night despite the unexpected medical hurdle.
