TRIVIUM Debut Live Video For Sepultura Cover “Slave New World” Featuring Greyson Nekrutman On Drums

Trivium paid tribute to Brazilian metal icons Sepultura this past weekend, performing their cover of “Slave New World” live for the first time since 2010. The performance took place during the ‘Aftershock Festival’ in Sacramento, CA, and carried extra significance — it marked Trivium’s first live appearance with Greyson Nekrutman (Sepultura) behind the kit.

Nekrutman has officially joined Trivium for their current touring cycle following the recent departure of longtime drummer Alex Bent. His live debut with the band showcased a seamless transition and powerful chemistry, bringing fresh energy to the group’s already intense stage presence.

The band shared official live footage of the “Slave New World” cover tonight, October 07th, giving fans a first look at the new lineup in action.

Trivium will continue touring this fall on their headlining run with support from Jinjer and Heriot.
