Aaron Heard, frontman of the now-split Jesus Piece, has offered a brief update following the disappearance of his new project, Je$us Piece, from the lineup of this month’s ‘One Big Party’ festival in Phoenix, AZ.

After the original Jesus Piece fractured earlier this year into separate factions, Heard announced plans to carry the name forward with an all-new lineup under the stylized banner Je$us Piece. The group had been set to make their live debut at the festival on October 25th, but were quietly replaced by Show Me The Body as of October 3rd.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Heard addressed the change, simply stating:
“Dropped OBP to focus on writing. See ya when I see ya.”
